Shipping Information

How much is shipping?

The good news is, we provide Free Shipping on most orders in our store. You can check the specific countries that support free shipping in the options at the top of the page. In addition, we also provide faster logistics methods, but these commercial express costs will need to be borne by you if you choose this method.

When will I receive my order?

Due to high demand, deliveries are currently taking around 7-15 business days. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Shipping time frames depend on your location and vary depending on the shipping method, as well as your local customs processing times for international orders.

How long will you ship after I place the order?

Orders are typically processed within 48 hours from one of our regional fulfillment centers. However, orders placed on a Saturday will most likely be processed on the following Monday. Keep this in mind if you are selecting express or overnight shipping.

If you order before 4 PM Local Time, we will ship your items within 36 hours. If you order after 4 PM Local Time on a Friday, or on a Saturday or Sunday, your items will be picked and packed on Monday and we will ship them within 48 hours.

Who will ship my order?

Advbridge ships via EUB & USPS globally, or other shipping methods that are more suitable for your destination. We update our production and shipping timelines if we expect any delays during periods of heavy demand. We also offer express shipping for an additional fee.

Can I get shipping updates?

You'll receive email alerts from us with the status of your order—please pay attention to your Inbox within 48 hours after ordering. If you have not received the email, please check your spam/trash folder first. If you confirm you have not received it, please contact us by email at support@advbridge.com or submit your order info through our contact form.

Last But Not Least

Import Taxes: Please be aware that international orders may attract an additional cost for import taxes upon receipt. We'll try our best to afford these costs so there is no need to trouble you to pay.

We strongly recommend that you dispatch to a reliable address, as Advbridge is not responsible for lost or stolen orders.

Physical addresses are highly preferred, as we are unable to guarantee the safety of items delivered to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
