Refund & Return Policy
At Advbridge, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns of eligible items within 15 days of receiving your order.
1. What Items Cannot Be Returned?
Due to hygiene and personal safety standards, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on items with a broken hygiene seal, opened packaging, or any signs of use. Items marked as non-returnable on our site, custom orders, and free promotional gifts are also strictly non-returnable. All returned products must be in their original, pristine condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer service team at support@advbridge.com to request a return authorization and get the correct return address.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Please ensure it is properly packed so it does not get damaged on the way back to us.
- Include any promotional gifts, documentation, or accessories that came with the original order.
- Ship the item back using a standard shipping method that provides trackable shipping.
3. Return Shipping Fees
- Consumer Reasons: If the return is due to personal preferences (e.g., you changed your mind, chose the wrong style/color), the consumer is responsible for the return shipping fees. The specific cost will depend on the express company you choose.
- Brand Reasons: If the goods received are damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, consumers are not required to bear any shipping fees for the return.
- Please note that original shipping fees are strictly non-refundable.
4. Order Cancellation
- Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase will receive a full refund.
- For orders canceled after 24 hours but before shipment, a 10% cancellation fee will be applied.
- We absolutely CANNOT accept order cancellation requests once the package has already been shipped.
5. Refund Processing Time
Once we receive your package and confirm that the items meet our return criteria, your return will be processed within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued directly to your original payment method. Please note that we cannot issue refunds to alternate cards or different forms of payment.
